The Game of Golf
As explained in 'The Rules of Golf', the Game of Golf consists of playing a ball with a club from the teeing ground into the hole by a stroke or successive strokes in accordance with the Rules. 
There cannot be a more complicated set of rules for any other sport. I am a bit of a rule connaisseur and pride myself in being able to rhyme off all 34 headings.
