Yes There Are Golf Exercises
And You Do Need To Use Some energy
Many of you are having trouble with the fly swatting syrup page so I have elaborated even more on this golf exercises page. It isn't really all that complicated. Go over to a wall and imagine that there is a fly on it. Are you with me so far?
If the fly was to agree to take part in this experiment, it would settle at about hip height on the wall.
Now, you should stand to the wall, side on, like your golf stance with your left side facing the wall.
Get into an athletic stance and then prepare to swat the fly with the palm of your right hand.
(This is all easy to do, it just takes many words to explain it)
Now don't swat, just stand ready and poised to swat.
I find the next step is where most misunderstand me so I'll say it slowly.
To achieve any results whatsoever, you will actually have to go to a wall.
Soooo, put down your laptop, tuck your beer belly into the front of your jeans and move those couple of yards over to the wall.
And for any men reading this, leave your belly as it is.
I am now going to take it forgranted that most of you have actually made this massive effort and are now standing with your right hand poised to swat rapidly at this speedy fly.
O.K. without actually swatting, you are still in the poised state, can you feel it?
I explained it as a warm syrupy flow from the back of my throat spreading towards my naval region. I can almost taste it.
Fly soup.
No I'm just kidding.
I call it the taste of success. Some call it a build up of adrenelin. The main point here is, most of the people who fail to do this are not getting up and trying it properly. You only have to feel it once and then you will be able to feel it again. It is stored so deep in our survival instincts that we are almost unaware of its presense. I practice activating this feeling often and can summon it at will by thinking of the swatting anomaly. When I manage to get it quite rich, my ball soars out there with magical powers. I hope this helps.
