Just ask the Golfing Greats

Throughout the years golf commentators and journalists have been interviewing the golfing greats like, Nicklaus, Watson or Woods, and have been in search of the answer to one of golf's great mysteries.

What separates the champion from the under-achiever?

The masters of golf struggle to answer this question but often talk about things like concentration, awareness and being in a peaceful state.

I think of great champions being like leaders or generals of men. They lead by example and when needed can exude both a firm and pleasant aura.

These are men you want to have on your side, and although you fear them to a degree, you are glad they are not your opponent. We can all think and act like these champions or generals.

It's basically down to attitude and consistency.
