Great to learn a new sport

by Kho
(Malaysia)

After many years of dabbling and false starts, I've signed up and taken two golf lessons at the driving range.

It been a while since I last picked up a new sport, so just for that matter, it's great to be learning a new sport and new technical jargons (and at the same time discovering muscles in my body and I never new existed).

It keeps me thinking of what has been taught and I'm looking forward to more sessions.

Incidentally, it was my decision to send my 5 year old son for coaching session for kids at the same golf club that got this all going, and it was also how I stumbled upon your website when searching for golfing for kids.

After two sessions at the range, I think there was at least one shot that went over the 100 meter line (or maybe it's yard - I have no ideas yet).

I'm still on an Iron 9, that some one gave to me for free. I am beginning to see why this can be an addictive game and one that many claim is a life long game.

It's a whole new experience; I'm enjoying it so far and hope to do more.
