Is there such a thing as perfect pitching?

Over the last decade I have been in search of ways to make my overall coaching more special and helpful for my students. This has brought about many wonderful techniques and on this link I will relay my favourite pitching drills.

Of all the shots in golf, second only to the drive, this is the one that's probably next most enjoyable. The flop shot, high flyer, harrier jump jet, high and soft...

There's lots of names for the shot and they all sound like fun. But most of the golfers I know only have a 1 in 5 success rate with it.

Why is this when they have designed all sorts of wonder clubs to make this shot pretty easy to perform.

Quite simply there are two main reasons; the first being most golfers don't understand the basic design of these wedges. And secondly if there's a shot where golfers make a really uncomfortable, jerky swing then its when they are pitching.
